What makes it more than a template
The design and branding were built from scratch: logo, color, type, the visual rhythm, no off-the-shelf theme and no recycled WordPress kit. An appraiser's business runs on being seen as careful, credible, and rooted in the region, and the site has to feel that way before a visitor reads a word. Template polish doesn't get there. Decisions made for the brand do.
The part that earns its keep
Behind the public pages, the site runs on a CMS, so the firm publishes articles, updates services, swaps staff bios, and posts photos without calling us to “change a comma.” That’s the part of a custom site that pays off over years: the owner keeps control of their own words, and our relationship stays on the bigger work, not tiny edits.
